I’m sure it’s a long shot, but you know some kid somewhere is in a boat load if trouble! We found this in downtown Reno on the street. We got a charge in it and it’s a kindle fire. Maybe the adult’s name is Julie Collins? Hoping we can find it’s owner. Please share!
