Looking for skilled person to maintain local West Petaluma 2 acre compound near the Petaluma Junior High School.
This is a NON-SMOKING position and property.
Skills require landscaping, painting, fencing, minor carpentry, minor plumbing and all around property maintenance.
This would be 16 to 24 hours a week. If you have children in school we will work around the school schedule.
No transportation or tools required.
Must be able to read a tape measure and operate power hand tools.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to read English or Spanish directions on products for proper handling such as primers, paint products, fertilizers, insecticides etc.
