6th Street Studios and Art Center has a large space, with 9 artists studios, and outdoor event/workshop area, two gender neutral bathrooms, and a gallery space. The rent includes utilities, and WIFI.
We have a light filled, private entrance 14x10 studio opening up in May. This studio has a 4x8' window on the interior, and the exterior to provide plenty of light in the studio.
It can be used as a private classroom space or artist studio.

The building is secured with biometric locks, and has been almost completely remodeled. We have monthly Art Markets our studio artists can participate in, and we promote all our studio artists on social media and our website.
We also offer hourly rentals for class instruction.
