Timberline Property Preservation is an established company looking to hire additional Independent Contractors preferably with experience in property preservation. We are a full service company, we work with the Big Wigs to get the national contracts making it easy for our Independent Contractors to work as much, or part time as fits their schedule WITHOUT the national paperwork hassle! We use the Pruvan App for all work orders, turn around time per property is 48-72 hours. We operate 7 days a week, with plenty of work to go around. Services provided (but not limited to)- *Debris removal/ Trash outs *Lock changes/ Lock boxes *Window and door boarding *Winterization (when applicable) *Grass cuts, Snow removal * Basic repairs inside/outside -Must be detail oriented -Must own truck and trailer (for debris removal) -Must own basic equipment and tools for various repairs -Must pass background check or have an ABC number -Must have SmartPhone for photo documentation of work required - Knowledge (or willing to learn) Pruven App for photo documentation *Must have own Insurance* - General Liability $1 Million Aggregate, and $1 Million per occurrence We are rapidly expanding and looking for DEPENDABLE individuals or crews willing and WANTING to work! We operate out of Genessee and surrounding counties, depending on crews elsewhere we can always find work closer to you.
