The Board of Selectmen has extended the deadline and is seeking a qualified individual interested in serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals as an associate member.
The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of (5) members appointed for two year terms and (3) associate members appointed annually and is responsible to hear appeals brought by residents pursuant to Chapter 40A of the General Laws and the Zoning By-Law of the Town of Shrewsbury.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the last Monday of the month and on an as needed basis depending on the case load.
Interested persons must be registered voters of the Town and are asked to submit a letter of interest via mail or email with qualifications to Beth Casavant, Chair, Board of Selectmen, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA or [email protected] no later than 4:30pm on Monday, November 16, 2020.
