Looking for a hard-working individual to help with general lawn maintenance, possible landscaping, and occasional moving and hauling. Must be strong, motivated, and able to work with little supervision; and be willing to do heavy lifting and possibly operate equipment, but also menial tasks such as picking up trash. Experience is not required, as long as you are willing to learn. This is not a typical M-F 9-5 position; sometimes we won't work due to weather, and schedule may vary. As long as you can get to North Nevada/UCCS area every morning by 7:45am, transportation will be provided. DL not required, but must have photo ID and SSN. This is a 1099 position and starts at $15/hr; up to $18/hr, with possible bonuses depending on punctuality and how well you work.
