School Year AM Reliable Babysitter Needed

I am looking for reliable child care Monday-Friday 7-10 beginning August 2022. I am returning to work as a teacher and we need someone here in the mornings for my twin girls before grandparent comes to take over. Ideal for a college student with no (or late) morning classes. We would like someone with experience in childcare who can provide a reference. Our girls were preemies so being a non-smoker, and vaccinated for Covid is essential. At the start of the job the girls will be 1. We have a small toy poodle who is very friendly and hypoallergenic. The main thing we are looking for is reliability. We can't have last minute call outs the morning of as we would need to arrange alternate care. The main duties would be feeding the girls breakfast and playtime (we have a large fenced backyard). Possibly putting down for a nap (schedule dependent). Then grandparent will arrive and take over. It would also be great if this person were sometimes available on a weekend to call once in a while, but this is not a requirement. Pay negotiable. Own transportation required but you will not need to drive the girls anywhere.
