Simmons Boatworks is a growing company servicing America’s youth sailing. We are looking to hire reliable, hard working and detail oriented help for several positions. These are part time and full time and involve assisting with a range of work; including boat commissioning and winterization, rigging and marine mechanics, interior and exterior cleaning, launching and hauling, fiberglass repairs, bottom painting and general shop/sales floor help. We are always seeking tradespeople with a strong work ethic who are willing to support the best team in the business. - Coordinates work load with all business units and troubleshoots logistical problems - Willingness to listen and follow direction - Can work with a team and individually - Ability to maneuver trailers - Clean driving record - Willingness to travel - Basic mechanical hand tools and outerwear for all types of weather conditions- Aluminum Fabrication -Fiberglass Repair -Event Preparation -Maintain Private Boats -Maintain Company Owned Boats -Product Delivery Requirements - High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) - Experience in marine industry
