Looking for Maintenance for apartment complex in Harlingen. Must have their own transportation, 40 hours guaranteed weekly. Pay depending on experience base pay $13 hourly paid weekly. Maintenance included but not limited to minor plumbing, general maintenance, general knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Must be responsible, must be able to work independently, some basic smart phone knowledge.
