The tenth annual Women's Health Day and Retreat 2022 is dedicated to improving the health and health outcomes of women in Louisiana . You Are Invited!We are excited to announce that the Louisiana Center for Health Equity along with our partners will be presenting the "Women's Health Day & Retreat 2022: Celebrating Wellness and Culture." Our tenth annual, this advocacy day and symposium will be held at the State Capitol in Baton Rouge on May 12, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM coinciding with National Women’s Health Week.Our Theme: Women's Health: Turning the Page for a Healthier Future for WomenThe day will begin with exhibit tables and activities in the Rotunda at 9:00 AM followed by a Luncheon Symposium at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in the Governor’s Press Room on the 4th floor. The event will focus on factors impacting women's health and women's health outcomes.  Can we count on you to join us in support of women, children and families?This event activities are free and open to the public. General admission registration is encouraged. The Luncheon Symposium has limited seating. Reserve your spot with a $20 donation to cover cost for lunch.
