We all know how crazy this time of year is. Work is unpredictable, schedules are busy, and stress is only just around the corner (if it's not already at your door). Come learn how to combine art and yoga to de-stress and maintain your mental health from professionals at the Alexandria Museum of Art.
Lunch, mindfulness tips and tricks, and a brief yoga class will be provided, so bring clothes you can move in!
