Terrible Neighbor

How do you live with a horrible neighbor? Have any one of you readers experienced this situation? We've lived in our home almost 3 years with a young single male neighbor. For more than 9 months after moving in he would not acknowledge we existed. All around everyone else was friendly. We soon realized how odd his behavior became when he started filling his yard with junk, pure garbage, things he would bring home. Vehicles that should have been crushed sitting on flat tires with no tags, chickens free ranging, taking on 3 male tenants to supplement his non working income. Code called pissed him off with me and started a range war. He deliberately parks a junky van directly in front of our home interfering with mail vehicle delivery. His yard stays full of pure trash, friends come over and remove garbage for him on occasions. His back yard has two large grow houses. His Mexican friend tells me he viewed 125 marijuana plants growing last season on his tour. I suspect him being the one who called code this time. But we take the hit. They now are building a pontoon boat on the street, filling the area full of junk parts, wood scrap and other junk from the boat restoration. Someone recently called code again, so they assumed it must be us and the raging begins again. Telling his friends I'm an old man and wishes I would die. Our thanks for serving our country for a generation like this I guess! His garbage vehicle is again parking directly in front of our home in contempt. He thinks we did it again. Does any one realize what negative impact a trashy, filthy house has on their property value when they try to sell. Hoarder people are sick and need medical attention.............Just my rant...Thanks for reading
