Crew man position on a lobster boat

Looking for a guy to go lobstering with me full time out of Gloucester Ma. Boat is a 42ft Novi. I have state and federal permits. Season starts in May and ends in February. Experience is recommended but am willing to train someone with no experience as long as you are willing to work hard. Pay will be based on capability and speed. No drugs or alcohol allowed on board. Must have transportation if you do not live in town.
