Build a 20x20 Lean-to

I need someone who has experience building barns/sheds/lean-to's to help me build a lean-to 16x40. I had a guy from Florida help build the building but disappeared before it was completed so if you are the type to just work a few days and quit, please don't reply. Looking for someone who is local and reliable. I'd like some estimates and pictures of work examples. The project is near Sulfur Springs TN.
