17 y.o. Male high functioning autistic, suffering with severe depression. We’ve tried many therepist and counselors and he rejects them all after 2 or 3 visits. He needs someone he can connect with and who he feels understands him. This is a brilliant, capable young man who feels hopeless. Talented, gifted but has had disappointment and has become a rigid thinker that nothing ever helps. We need our son back. This is not him. We know this is a bizarre way to seek help, but we’re hoping the right person will see this. He loves video games and superheros, and this a a good avenue to connect with him - building trust and relationship first. We are desperate for help for our son. *Must be able to bill insurance*
