Join me on Wednesday, May 11th for a restorative reiki sound healing journey where you don't need to do anything other than invite Reiki + sound medicine into your system to heal, release, and restore you at the deepest levels of your being. Sound healing is scientifically proven to place the body into a deep state of relaxation + balance to relieve stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system, and improve overall physical, mental and emotional well-being. WHAT TO BRING: An open heart, yoga mat, and anything else that will make you feel more comfortable (eye mask, pillow, socks, etc). The studio provides blankets + bolsters.
