Seeking Live Sound Engineers for summer work

We are seeking experienced and trainable live sound engineers for summer outdoor concert work in the Portland/Metro area. This is contract work, paying a day rate that is competitive with other vendors in town. We need at least 2 experienced people who can setup and run mid-sized line array systems. We value people who have a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and can get along with people in sometimes VERY stressful situations. We are willing to train 1 or 2 people who have a strong desire to learn this craft. Having SOME basic knowledge about sound equipment is helpful. This will be mostly Friday-Saturday-Sunday work in July, August, and a bit into September. Sporadic off season work pops up too.
