Enjoy Meditation Thursdays for the month of May

I once heard a saying that went roughly something like this... “You should meditate every day for 10 minutes, unless you are too busy. Then you should meditate for an hour”. During times of duress and chaos, the need to center one’s self is even more important than ever. With so much happening each and every day, the ability to process our emotions becomes strained. Each class will offer a forum for those looking to express themselves in a safe and secure place. After all who wish to share have done so, we will meditate. Allowing our mind-body-spirit the opportunity to connect the dots.
