Rascal is a Jack Russell terrier he is a playful 18 month old puppy, but he likes the attention to be only for him, it breaks my heart to give him to another family but he needs time and I can't give it to him, it is better that he has a family without children, he calls to go to the bathroom but needs more training I am asking for a rehoming fee of $300 a little less than what I gave, for him. I'm asking this to make sure you go to a family that loves him and spends a lot of time with him. He does not have full vaccinations
