Come learn a bit about a leadership topic and create action oriented takeaways to make your week more effective immediately! On this hike we will explore Penasquitos waterfall and dig into how to use systems thnking to broaden your perspective as well as how to apply influence to change large systems as a leader. This is a moderate four mile hike with 300' of elevation loss and gain. We will meet behind Copa Vida Coffee Shop in their parking lot before they open and have a chance to grab an excellent coffee as we wrap up.
