What is trauma? How does it effect our brains and development? Come and learn more about trauma-informed care as you serve the vulnerable. Ann Maura Hinton will lead our lunch and learn event on trauma-informed care. She is as an Education Specialist with over 25 years teaching experiences in a variety of different settings and with a variety of different disabilities, Ann Maura is a certified Cognitive Developmental Therapist with a master's and undergraduate degree in Special Education. Lifeline Children's Services looks forward to supporting you as you serve vulnerable women, children, and families in our area. You will leave with a greater understanding of trauma and its impact upon social-emotional growth and cognitive development. Come gain tools and resources to care for those you love and serve.
