Frankie is wearing an orange collar and he is black long hair without a tail. He had surgery so his genitals look like a female. He is on prescription foods and is very much loved. He is friendly and strictly an indoor cat. He gets along with dogs and other cats. He was last seen in the highland neighborhood off W St Johns and Rufus Dr around 8pm on April 28th.
