Description

There is an art (and a science) to home canning! Let me help you navigate what may seem intimidating. This class will include the Ball Blue Book. We will tackle myths, mysteries, and "how your grandma did it!" We will help you navigate equipment purchase, jar selection, and what the difference between water bath and pressure canning really means! We will teach two classes on the same day at my office, a day class at 1 pm and a 6 pm night class. Each class will run about 1.5 hours.
