We are hiring general laborers to work primarily installing septic tanks and preparing home sites.
Pay based on applicable experience.
Knowing your way around a tool box and having a valid drivers license is preferable, but mostly just need a team player who is reliable and willing to listen and learn.
Experience operating back-hoes, trenchers, skid steers, excavators, etc. would be a huge plus.
Obviously this job requires a lot of walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, getting dirty, being outside exposed to the elements, etc.
There is a lot of opportunity for overtime and room for raises as experience increases.
