LGBTQ+ Open Mic Night LGBTQ+ Open Mic Night - open to ages 16+ proof of vaccination required Express yourself! Come out to the LGBTQ+ Center in Marysville and share your talents : songs poems performances personal stories whatever else you can come up with! Please bring any materials, instruments, or props you will need. TCD will have sound system / mic available Sign up to perform via text at (530)763-2413 or on arrival first come, first serve. You're also welcome to just sit back and watch others perform! Once we run out of performers, we will discuss TCD events and LGBTQ+ themes and encourage those who are comfortable to express themselves and share anything that might be on their minds, then break to mix and mingle if there is time. We endeavor to make the open mic as safe a space as possible - please be sure your performance is respectful to all orientations, identities, races, ethnicities, and abilities! Our open mic is also open food! The Center will provide snacks, but we invite you to bring something as well. Want to show off your cooking skills? Want to bring your favorite soda? Please do!
