Enter the Apparition Academy and learn the secrets of force infused cocktails with the madmen themselves, Scott Helling & Zach McKenzie! At long last, the secrets of the Apparition Academy will be revealed! Master Cocktailsmiths' Scott Helling and Zach McKenzie will be teaching how to create 4 of the most interesting cocktails from the Apparition: Cantina - and you will be able to not only construct them, but also consume them heartily! Scott Helling has been bartending for over a decade and been involved in constructing menus at Apparition: Masquerade, Pawn and Pint, Alibi: Crime Bar, Lord of the Drinks, Apparition: Dracula, Solstice, Assistant to the Regional Pop Up Bar, Clue the Pop Up and of course, Apparition: Cantina. Zach McKenzie has also been pivotal in designing these menus, working alongside Scott to create the menus for Dracula, Assistant to the Regional Pop Up Bar, Clue and Apparition: Cantina. Together these awesome Jedi Masters of Cocktail Creation will be teaching you how to ascend from the rank of Cocktail Padawan and create 4 different delicious drinks and explaining the flavor and theory crafting that goes into assembling these drinks! The four cocktails will be announced after the first week of Apparition: Cantina, as we learn which cocktails you, our guests, enjoy the most!
