We are a small general contractor company specializing in both commercial and residential interiors. Currently we are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking: • carpenter/journeyman • laborer/carpenter apprentice • Job site assistant to join our team! Must have great communication skills and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Must be legal to work in the US and fluent in English, San Francisco residents preferred as all of our work is located in San Francisco. Please respond with resume and references and be available for interviews in our office. Compensation based on experience. Carpenter/Journeyman Responsibilities include and not limited to: • Rough carpentry including wood framing • Finish carpentry including interior and exterior trim • Hanging doors and installing windows • Able to work off scaffolding • Work with and assist sub-contractors Requirements: • 5 + years carpentry/journeyman experience • Own set of hand tools • Clean driving record & VALID California Driver's License • Ability to work with others, be a team player and be communicative with co-workers and supervisors Laborer/Carpenter Apprentice Responsibilities include and not limited to: Loading, unloading, and moving materials from within or near the construction site • Purchase materials and supplies • Move materials to or from storage or work sites • Selective demolition, concrete placement, or flagging • Lifting heavy objects • Carry heavy supplies to and from work area • Cleaning work area, machines, or other equipment • Making simple repairs and adjustments to machinery or trucks Requirements: • Own set of hand tools • Clean driving record & VALID California Driver's License • Ability to work with others, be a team player and be communicative with co-workers and supervisors • Willingness to learn new skill (some carpentry experience a plus) Site Assistant Responsibilities include and not limited to: • Carry heavy supplies to and from work area • Purchase materials and supplies • Move materials to or from storage or work sites • Take direction from site manager Requirements: • Own set of hand tools • Clean driving record & VALID California Driver's License • Willingness to learn new skill (some carpentry experience a plus) • Ability to work with others, be a team player and be communicative with co-workers and supervisors
