To begin Thursdays at FORGE on a light, caffeinated note, join us for "Let's Drink Coffee and Talk About..." in Roy's Place. Every week we'll set a broad topic and invite special guests who can lend their special experience, expertise, or enthusiasm. On April 28, we're talking about agave. We know. You're excited for the Agave Heritage Festival at Hotel Congress this weekend. Us, too! Get a jump on the festivities and chat with Todd Hanley, Hotel Congress CEO and the festival's founder, to learn about this year's jaw-dropping program of events, including tastings, concerts, art exhibitions, lectures, and more. Coffee and tea will be served from 8:30-9:30am, and Thursdays at FORGE will continue upstairs in the Hub. Created to explore the cultural, commercial, and culinary significance of the agave plant and borderland culture, the festival features an impressive list of events with a strong focus on sustainability. Events include seminars, agave pit roasting, agave spirit tastings and world class culinary events conducted by industry leaders, culinary leaders and spirits professionals.
