The Doral Yard is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist for a flexible, part-time position. Candidate should have experience with maintenance contracts and schedules, and skills in basic landscaping, electrical, and carpentry projects. A handy-man, jack-of-all-trades type person. Expected 15-25 hours/ week, hours can be flexible. Our 22,000 square foot venue, The Doral Yard, includes two large, vibrant bars, a full-service restaurant, six culinary concepts, and a stage and covered lawn for live music and entertainment. The duties include: fixing plumbing systems, providing repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling community spaces, and performing repair assessments. **Experience in Landscaping is a plus!!
