Requirements: *Must be knowledgeable in carpentry. * Know how to read plans, blueprints, and drawings. * Able to determine materials needed based on job and know how to appropriately order material. *Have carpentry tools. *Able to supervise and direct workers at job site and communicate well with others. * Must know how to organize and plan projects. * Be able to follow all safety regulations and laws. *Have at least 2 years of experience as a construction foreman. *Must have own means of transportation as there are multiple job locations. *Willing to work in the Monterey County area. We are looking with someone with a positive attitude, great attendance and punctuality. Someone willing to give all efforts into their job and be able to work well with others. Pay Based on Experience *MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH. Buscamos a alguien con actitud positiva, buena asistencia al trabajo y que sean puntuales.
