Local, professional real estate investment company hiring a full-time 40 hour per week team player. We own and manage residential real estate. We buy and sell homes. This is a unique position that will help you learn and grow your knowledge about real estate. We want you to develop and become better. Day-to-day tasks and projects will change. Job Description: Property maintenance repairs such as painting, electrical, plumbing, installing fixtures, trash cleanup, landscape maint., installing appliances, screwing, sawing, and cutting material to be installed or removed from a property being repaired. Protecting assets, assessing property conditions, taking photos of property conditions, and photos of work completed. Sending and receiving emails and text messages regarding work assignments and work schedule. Driving company vehicles on predetermined routes scouting properties in the following counties… Tulare, Fresno, Kings, Kern and San Luis. Job Requirements: Good driving record. You will be driving a company vehicle. Newer phone to send and receive photos and work schedule. Previous criminal record ok if discussed. Experience with hand tools, painting, landscaping and property maintenance. Construction experience. The ability to stay cool and calm, and the desire to take on new projects. The ability to want to learn and take on new projects to grow your experiences. Desire to take on projects and work safely. Work independently with little to no supervision. Effectively communicate with any issues that may arise Professional and take pride in all your work. Bilingual would be preferred. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, start time 8AM.
