Found - Puppy w/Collar no tag or chip.

Description

Found a black and tan puppy near Pick n Pull. He's very friendly, but quite young. Had a collar on with no name, license, and no microchip. Does not know any commands (sit, stay, etc.) in English or Spanish. He did not alert to any of the houses on Beard Ave or any of the neighborhoods near that street I've walked him down. If he's yours, describe the original collar he was wearing and his unique feature.
