Come to the Ard Godfrey House for music, lemonade, face-painting, and a tour of the historic house! The historic Godfrey House is Minnesota's oldest standing wood frame building, and was once home to the Godfrey family. Mrs. Godfrey is famous throughout the state for being the first person to introduce dandelions to our wildlife! Reserve a time to take your tour of the house and participate in facepainting, dandelion braiding, refreshments, and a special dandelion recipe booklet with historic uses of Mrs. Godfrey's favorite plant. This event is completely free, but donations are accepted inside. Covid protocols apply. Each tour is approximately forty minutes.
