Join us for a tap takeover at Dan Kelly's pub to celebrate the start to CBC and our two beers featuring El Dorado, Idaho Gem, & Bru-1! CLS Farms, Gooding Farms, and Brulotte Farms teamed up with Lift Bridge Brewing and John I. Haas to brew TWO beers featuring three hop varieties grown by women in the hop industry. We're highlighting El Dorado®, Idaho Gem™, and Bru-1® for both beers to showcase the spectrum of flavors that come from various beer styles. The first beer is a twist on the Lift Bridge Brewing Farm Girl Golden Ale which features the three varieties for a lemon-forward flavor with tropical backend notes. The beer also features Precision Fermentation's fermentation units. The second beer is a Hazy IPA brewed with the three varieties, El Dorado® Incognito®, and with a newer yeast strain called Tropics which focuses on thiol conversions for maximum tropical flavors. The beer features notes of passion fruit and grapefruit. We'll also have Lift Bridge Brewing's Mango Blonde on tap alongside the two collaboration beers. We hope to see you there! 🍺
