Established janitorial company seeks EXPERIENCED custodian for our office building located on Broad River Road, near Dept. of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facility. This is a steady PART TIME position, 4-hours per evening, normally 5-9PM, Monday through Friday (20-hours per week). You must be dependable, with dependable transportation, valid drivers license, be able to pass SLED background check and Drug Test. You will need to have experience in DETAIL cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, pulling trash (must be able to life up to 45lbs.) dusting, damp mopping, window & mirror cleaning, and related. You must be able to work unsupervised, producing consistent, quality work. Uniforms provided. This is a great job for retirees!
