Entrée Station: Gulf side Mangrove snapper, slow roasted baby fennel and onion soubise, passion fruit vinaigrette. Blistered asparagus, lemon vinaigrette. Crushed fingerling potatoe, scallions and parmesan with fresh herbe. Jimmy’s Jammin’ jambalaya shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage simmered in a spicy broth with rice. Deconstructed volcano nachos, chips, chili, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos.
