Job Title: Installer | Helper | General Labor Job Description: MiniMax Kitchen & Bath is seeking detail-oriented installers for residential and commercial installations. Must be skilled with power tools used for home and/or commercial renovations. On-the-job training will be provided. Professionalism is a must. We are seeking candidates with a construction background in the trades of flooring, carpentry, painting, countertops, cabinets, trim, panel work, and/or a similar set of skills. Installation Teams Include But Not Limited To the Following Trades: • Cabinetry • Countertops (Granite & Quartz, Solid Surface, Cultured Marble, & Laminate) • Flooring (Tile & Hardwood) • Sheetrock • Painting • Trim Carpentry • Basic Framing • Tile (Floors, Backsplashes, Showers, Tub Deck & Surrounds) • Cultured Marble • Solid Surface • Demolition & Reconstruction Skills/Qualifications: • Transportation to and from work is required. • Must be able to show up on time for work [Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm] • Prior Experience in any of the above trades is preferred. • Timeliness, Responsiveness, Communication, Attention to Detail, Quality Focus, Sense of Urgency, Friendly Demeanor, Positive Attitude, and Willingness to Learn Salary: $12 to $16 hourly rate based on trade skills and experience Minimum Working Hours: [Monday -- Friday; 8:00am -- 5:00pm] Benefits: • Company vehicle will be provided to/from job sites • Healthcare benefits available after 90 days Website: www.minimaxdesign.com Address: 2945 Brother Blvd., Bartlett, TN 38133 Phone: 901-386-6868
