NEW LONDON, CT - A New London resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On April 27, James Krotsis, of New London, purchased a CASHWORD 29 ticket from the Sam's Food Store in New London and won $25,000.
