Concord River Financial is seeking a personable, detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to provide a wide variety of support services for our associates and clients with limited supervision. Candidates for the part-time Administrative Assistant will project a professional image and take personal initiative in carrying out day-to-day office organizational tasks to include answering phones, managing calendars, updating databases and completing general clerical work and recordkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policiesAnswer phones, check office voicemail, and log incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Greet visitors to the office in a friendly and professional mannerMaintain and update hardcopy and electronic files, databases, and compliance documentsTrack and order office suppliesSchedule and coordinate appointments and prepare conference room for client meetingsAssist colleagues as necessary
Skills
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding phone skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously while working in a team environmentHigh proficiency computer skills to include MS Office, CRM familiarity a plus
