HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On April 27, Lawrence McLaurin, of Hamden, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Hamden Shell and won $15,000.
