TINLEY PARK, IL — An 18-year-old man is accused of calling Tinley Park police officers and asking for a ride, according to police documents. Matthew Cummings is facing charges of disorderly conduct and fraud after police said he "repeatedly" called the station asking for a ride and also stated his home was on fire. Police said Cummings' home was not on fire during the March 24 call.
