Press release from the City of Missoula: April 15, 2022 A portion of East Caras park will be closed through early 2023 for a Northwestern Energy (NWE) substation rebuild. The north shore Ron MacDonald Riverfront Trail will remain closed from Pattee Street through Caras Park during Beartracks Bridge and Caras Park construction.
