This "citizen engaged" group of 22 people either live or work in Douglasville, and got an overview of city operations during their 10 week class. They represent a broad cross section of our city. "Dose of Douglasville has been a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the great, up and coming city of Douglasville," said Candace Meadows, a class participant and Ward 5 resident. "Throughout these past 3 months, my classmates and I have learned what a fantastic, dedicated, prudent, creative and fiscally responsible Mayor, Council, and staff that our now beloved city has. Douglasville is a city that is rapidly growing and on the move."
