ProQual Landscaping is hiring a Small Engine Mechanic! We are looking for a self-motivated 2 cycle /4 stroke experienced mechanic to work with a winning team! ProQual Landscaping is one of the largest master Homeowner Association Landscape Management companies in Arizona. We pride ourselves on increasing the value of the communities we work in. That starts in the shop! Making sure our crews have the equipment they need to operate on a daily basis to perform exceptional work out in the field. Full Time Position - Shift Time Typically 11am - 7pm Competitive Pay - Based on experience! Requirements: • 2+ years working on small engine equipment • Valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record • Provide own tools As a Small Engine Mechanic, you will be expected to possess basic knowledge of the following equipment: • Echo • Honda • Shindawa • Sthil • ExMark Skills/Competencies: • Safety: Performs all job functions safely; complies with all safety policies, procedures and standards, reports all safety-related incidents to management immediately, attends all safety meetings. • Punctuality: Good attendance, show up to work each day on time, complete all tasks within time expectations. • Great Attitude: Consistently exceeds expectations by working efficiently and ensuring that all job quality standards are met; maintains a pleasant, positive and professional disposition to all customers; is always friendly. • Interpersonal Skills: Treats others with respect, collaboration, and support in such a way that work relationships are improved and morale is increased; communicates well with others. Special Notes: Working Conditions: Work is predominately outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions and noise levels.
