Family-owned pool service and repair company is seeking an Experienced full-time technician to join our team. The ideal candidate we are looking for is self-motivated and is teachable. Must be knowledgeable in pool chemicals have a great attitude and always be willing to step up and help the team. Job Duties: • Clean a lighter route and help onboard new customers and set correct expectations for clients and staff o Pool netting, brushing o Check water chemistry and add product as needed to keep at optimal levels o Inspect to ensure all pool equipment is in good functioning condition o Take photos/videos of any onsite issue and communicate to office • Train new technicians • Check in with technicians and help out/answer questions as needed • Fill in when techs call out sick • Do filter cleans and assist with other small repairs (will train if needed) • Help lead the moral of the team and be an example of a growing company expanding rapidly Education/Experience: • 1-year previous pool service experience required (be willing to provide references if asked) • High school diploma required • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with employees and customers • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach and kneel for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. • Must possess a current valid driver’s license • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test if requested Job Type: • Monday through Friday flexible working hours • Competitive wages • Four full weeks off a year Benefits: • Guaranteed set weekly pay • Gas card • Dental, Vision, and Health insurance • Company Vehicle
