Super loving black cat with half tail

Super loving stray cat that hangs out at my house. I cannot keep her (it's a girl) as I have 3 male cats. She is super friendly and wants to come inside all the time. She is pretty much all black with some white. Partial tail. She is microchipped but the individual who owns her does not have a phone number on file so the national pet registry cannot contact her. I also tried the humane society and they cannot help either. I also tried posting an ad for a lost cat but no response. She is stressing my dog out because my dog just wants to play with her and for her to come inside. $10 rehoming fee for pet food and gas driving to humane society. Can discuss free option.
