Description
A small General Contracting company needs all trades for residential new construction.
My company specializes in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) / Granny Flats. But sometimes do remodeling work.
I need skilled labor in all trades starting immediately.
Pay ranges between $20 for laborer to $30 for skills in multiple trades.
If you only have one trade skill and want to learn other trades, then this job is perfect for you.
Your pay will increase as you become proficient at multiple trades.
You must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
No drug, girlfriend, or personal baggage drama allowed on any job site. Leave it at home.
You will stay on the same job site for two to three months and then move to the next. I keep my jobs within reasonable driving distance from central San Diego. I pay my employees EVERY Friday and NEVER tell them "I'll get your check to you next week".
I am the boss and I know all trades myself. You won't have to deal with unknowledgeable project managers.
I allow reasonably flexible hours - as long as the work gets done.
If your English skills aren't great, that's ok. My foreman speaks fluent Spanish and I'm ok at it.
