We Are Hiring!!! Cali Paint & Body Looking for a AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN (Responsibility) Tear down vehicles Refit new parts such as bumpers, fenders, grills, moldings, and other bolt-on and welded items Perform small to heavy repairs Complete all repairs in a manner in which the repaired areas are restored to the original manufacturer’s specifications, including door, hood and deck alignments, chassis and frame measurements, and welded parts Work independently and with others with a minimum of supervision Check all parts for accuracy before starting the repair and notify the manager of any incorrect parts or other discrepancies Immediately notify manager of any hidden or missed damage that doesn’t appear on the repair order Advise the Manager as you are nearing completion of a job and request a new assignment Put forth every effort to meet and exceed the target delivery date assigned to an RO Assume responsibility for all parts assigned to your job(s) Protect the interior and exterior non-repair areas from dust, dirt, scratches, etc. Read and understand every line item of each vehicle’s RO as pertaining to your responsibilities and visually inspect every vehicle to insure that all the repairs are complete Follow all safety protocols. Qualifications: Complete understanding of all facets of light to heavy automobile collision repair. The ability to read, understand, and perform written instructions accurately and consistently and to work independently as well as with others in an organized manner is essential. The ability to work self-guided. Job Type: Full-time (Pay) $18hr- $29hr (Schedule) 9 hour shift Monday - Thursday Friday Half Day (Experience) Auto body repair: 1+ years (Preferred) - Signing Bonus
