Local property management company is looking for a part time handyman to do punch list items on an ongoing basis.
Looking for someone who is:
-Experienced with basic home repair, maintenance and moving.
-Physically able to move and load heavy items occasionally.
-Has own transportation and tools.
-Likes having flexible schedule.
Pay is $12/hr for a few hours per week.
