Repair My Water Feature Pond

We have a small water feature we paid a guy to build. He had a it all going and then came back to make some changes that he wanted and pulled the pipes and then had things come up. Long story short, he never came back and ever since it has sat not working. Nearly 1 month. I have a new pump sitting there, new skimmer, new timer, new lights....and even professionally ran wiring I paid electrician to run. Its all there and sitting in my backyard but doing nothing. I am trying to find someone experienced and affordable in ponds to get it going again. I have already put so much into it that I am looking for someone affordable and experienced with ponds who can hopefully knock this out in a day. It was going well before and looked good. We live out in South Salem a few minutes past Kuebler. I will be around all weekend and I am flexible on schedule on weekdays or weekends...
